“10th ANNUAL HOLIDAY REVIVAL” SHOW RETURNS TO MUSIC BOX

Cleveland, Ohio – Little Fish Records and OWOW, Cleveland’s locally owned and operated online “Timeless” radio station announced today Carlos Jones & The P.L.U.S. Band (aka The Peace, Love, Unity Syndicate) will be returning to the Music Box Supper Club (1148 Main Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44113) for the 10th Annual “Holiday Revival” show , on Monday, December 26th.  Doors open at 7:00 p.m., show starts at 8:00 p.m. with special guests, Daddy Longlegs Homegrown Revival.  Tickets are $10 advance, $12 day of show and can be purchased on-line at http://www.musicboxcle.com/schedule/page/3/

The Holiday Revival Show began at the House of Blues in 2004 as a way to provide a “boost” to an audience winding down from a busy holiday season, and ran for nine years there, before eventually moving to The Music Box in 2015, where the show promptly sold out.   With another busy year almost in the books for Carlos Jones - featuring performances at Hessler Street Fair, Laurel Live, Wade Oval, Painesville Party in the Park, and the Midwest Reggae Fest – he is back in the studio where he recently released a classic Christmas song (produced by Edwin “Tony” Nicholas of Levert, O’Jays, Backstreet Boys fame) called “Christmas…the Way It Used To Be”.  Also scheduled for release in early December is the Carlos Jones & the PLUS Band: LIVE FROM CLEVELAND cd, which was recorded at Playhouse Square’s Star Plaza in September of this year.   To top it off, the group has started working on their 4th studio release with plans to release a single in February of 2017.

Opening the show this year is Daddy Longlegs Homegrown Revival led by front man Davidione Pearl, performing an eclectic mix of reggae, blues, zydeco, funk, and salsa.  Daddy Longlegs may get out and “preach” to the crowd and has been known to perform a wedding or two during the performance.  They’ll be a nice appetizer!
